x PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATORS REQUIRED FOR TRIPLE-‘OUTSTANDING’, AWARD-WINNING NURSERY
Owing to expansion, Reflections is recruiting
3 new educators to join our pre-school section, supporting the learning for 3
and 4 year old children.
Reflections draws inspiration from
Reggio Emilia and the forest nurseries of Denmark, combining an enquiry-based
approach to learning with lots of outdoor experiences.
The role will involve working with
Reflections’ approach taking responsibility for children’s learning and welfare,
and having Keyperson responsibilities. Working
on projects based on children’s theories and documenting children’s learning will be a significant element of the role.
The roles will be full-time, (40
hours a week) and the nursery is open 52 weeks-a-year.
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent
qualification and experience of working with young children. Some understanding
of the Reggio Approach would be useful although training and support will be
provided.
Salary to be agreed, depending upon
experience.
